Redeeming Vouchers

How do I redeem a voucher?

Redeeming your voucher is easy. Simply follow these steps:

  • Add the items you want to your shopping cart and then click ‘view cart’ or click the cart icon at the top right of the site.
  • Towards the bottom of the page you will see the title ‘Claim Voucher’
  • The voucher that you’ve received has a voucher number on it.
  • You can enter your voucher number here and the value will be deducted from your order.
  • You can then proceed to checkout and will be asked to pay only the remaining balance by credit card or EFT. And that’s it

How do I return an order?

If we have delivered the wrong product, a faulty product, or if you received your order and it was not in one piece please log a return case. You can create an after sales case by contacting KEO at online@kidsemporium.co.za or by contacting 0833784512.

How do I exchange my order?

You can create an after sales case by contacting KEO at info@kidsemporiumonline.co.za or by contacting 0833784512. We will do our best to action this as quickly as possible. The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.

How long do I have to return an order?

If on receiving your order you are not delighted with your purchase, create an after sales case within 30 days and we will gladly collect it at our expense and provide you with a refund or replacement provided the item is in its original condition and original packaging. You can create an after sales case by contacting KEO at info@kidsemporiumonline.co.za or by contacting 0833784512.

If you create your after sales case and the product has been used or cannot be returned in the original packaging then we will still happily provide you with a refund or replacement but we will likely charge you the delivery costs incurred for fetching the product from you and for sending out a replacement product.

Although seldom charged, we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses.

When can I expect my refund?

We will make sure your refund is back in your account within 7 days of receiving your returned product if not sooner.

How will I know that my refund has been processed?

We will send you an email notifying you of your refund as soon as it has been processed. Unfortunately we can’t send you a proof of payment.


How long will my order take to arrive (Within South Africa)?

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 working days, and delivery can be expected within 2-3 working days thereafter, but we’ll do everything possible to make sure it’s quicker depending on the availability status of each item.

When do you deliver?

Our couriers generally deliver from Monday to Friday before 17h00.

Can you deliver after hours & on weekends?

We only deliver during normal working hours and on weekdays for now. If an urgent delivery is required, please contact us, we might be able to work some magic but there will be a surcharge involved.
