HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
You can create an after sales case by contacting KEO at email@example.com or by contacting 0608926229. We will do our best to action this as quickly as possible. The product must be returned in it’s original condition and original packaging.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ORDER?
If on receiving your order you are not delighted with your purchase, create an after sales case within 30 days and we will gladly collect it at our expense and provide you with a refund or replacement provided the item is in its original condition and original packaging. If you create your after sales case and the product has been used or cannot be returned in the original packaging then we will still happily provide you with a refund or replacement but we will likely charge you the delivery costs incurred for fetching the product from you and for sending out a replacement product.
Although seldom charged, we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
We will make sure your refund is back in your account within 7 days of receiving your returned product if not sooner.
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
We will send you an email notifying you of your refund as soon as it has been processed. Unfortunately we can’t send you a proof of payment.
